Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Setoff Tax, you agree to these Terms of Service and any order form, subscription, or written agreement that applies to your use of the platform.
Services
Setoff Tax provides software for tax operations, including workflow management, filing preparation, compliance tracking, reconciliation, document handling, and AI-assisted agent workflows.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the platform, the authority of users acting on your behalf, and the final review and approval of filings, calculations, and submissions.
AI-assisted outputs
AI agents can accelerate tax work, but they do not replace professional judgment. You should review agent outputs before relying on them for tax positions, filings, payments, or external communications.
Account access
You must keep login credentials confidential and promptly notify Setoff Tax of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, customers, or platform integrity.
Fees and plans
Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and payment obligations are described in the applicable order, checkout flow, invoice, or written agreement between the parties.
Confidentiality and data
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected with reasonable care and used only for purposes related to providing or using the service.
Limitations
The platform is provided to support tax operations and compliance workflows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setoff Tax disclaims implied warranties and limits liability under these terms.
